Out of Control

Every night, I go to bed telling myself that I have got my life in control. Every morning, I wake up determined to find time for everything I want to do. Every afternoon, I realize my life is still spiraling out of control. Every evening, I acknowledge that the day did not go quite the way I wanted but that tomorrow would be just fine.

The cycle continues.

Maybe it is time to prioritize; to take a blog-break, so that is one less thing left undone.

What does it say that on first attempt, this post is exactly 100 words?
_____
drabble is a story told in exactly 100 words.

Natasha - It says that you're a conscientious, caring person who has so much to offer and is very good at what you do :-). If you need a blog break, we'll all understand. We will miss you, but we'll be here for you when you get back if that's what you need for yourself...

lots of love,
Jan

If a blog break is what you need then do so. We love and will be waiting for you.
Know that you are too good not to miss.
Blessings!

I am sure you know we will be there when you come back. Best wishes for you!

Officially I am also on a break, but as you can see, I am beginning to come back. Just a few days with fewer obligations helped a bit.

you are the Queen of the Drabble. :D

maybe set a schedule? I had to do that back a while ago--now I only have two bloggie days a week. It helps immensely~ xoxo <3

I'm in awe, 100 words first attempt!
Treat yourself kindly, avoid the soul destroying 'shoulds and oughts', take a break then see what happens.
Your picture says it all.

Like LTM said, I agree that a schedule helps with blogging...I blog twice a week as well (sometimes just once). It helps to put your life in balance. On other days that you're not blogging, you could be doing other things.

Taking a blog break is also good, but I can assure you that you're gonna miss this space badly. Lol.

I feel like the only time I can blog is if I wake up at 5:30 in the morning, before everyone is up. If I miss this early morning window it's hard to get back on track. I agree though that many times blogging has to take a backseat to our other duties. Hang in there.
