When I am in a car, even three miles seem to go on forever. Any
distance over ten miles appears so long, I wonder how “anyone” can cover it on
foot. And yet, that is the minimum distance I run practically every weekend. And
I do so without much effort.
Is it because running is a form of meditation? A time when I
can let thoughts enter my mind, and then let go. A time I can spend with
Myself.
Could I even have guessed, when I started running, that one
day it would become the greatest joy of all?

Natasha - I'm very glad that running sets you free like that. Exercise is so healthy on so many levels isn't it?
