On Yoga

There was a time when I practiced yoga- not everyday, but at least a few days a week. Those were the days when I was overweight, but my body was flexible. I could do things I can't even dream of doing today, and I did them quite effortlessly. Then, one day, I stopped. Sometimes, I wonder why and when I stopped. I wonder if I can now go back? And if I really want to

It's never too late to go back to yoga or to begin for the first time!

Sure you can go back, but if you can't fit it in running is still completely awesome!

Let's ALL do something we've stopped doing...and cheer each other on. Just like we're doing on the A-Z Blogging Challenge!

I started doing yoga again a few years ago, and while I may not be as flexible as I was when young, I'm more flexible than before I started again. It works!

Rayna I can tell you from experience you will just hurt yourself and have a whole new set of things to wonder about.
