On Yoga

There was a time when I practiced yoga- not everyday, but at least a few days a week. Those were the days when I was overweight, but my body was flexible. I could do things I can't even dream of doing today, and I did them quite effortlessly. Then, one day, I stopped. And before I knew it no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't any longer touch my toes, much less do the more complicated stuff.


Sometimes, I wonder why and when I stopped. I wonder if I can now go back? And if I really want to

  4. I started doing yoga again a few years ago, and while I may not be as flexible as I was when young, I'm more flexible than before I started again. It works!
