There was a time when I practiced yoga- not everyday, but at least a few days a week. Those were the days when I was overweight, but my body was flexible. I could do things I can't even dream of doing today, and I did them quite effortlessly. Then, one day, I stopped. And before I knew it no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't any longer touch my toes, much less do the more complicated stuff.
Sometimes, I wonder why and when I stopped. I wonder if I can now go back? And if I really want to

It's never too late to go back to yoga or to begin for the first time!
ReplyDeleteSure you can go back, but if you can't fit it in running is still completely awesome!
ReplyDeleteYou can do anything, Rayna! :-)
ReplyDeleteLet's ALL do something we've stopped doing...and cheer each other on. Just like we're doing on the A-Z Blogging Challenge!
ReplyDeleteI bet you could!
ReplyDeleteMe, I'd hurt myself.
I started doing yoga again a few years ago, and while I may not be as flexible as I was when young, I'm more flexible than before I started again. It works!
ReplyDeleteRayna I can tell you from experience you will just hurt yourself and have a whole new set of things to wonder about.
ReplyDeleteI say "Yes" you can! I did yoga for Y, too. I am trying now to do it again...
