ha ha ha, Mason, you just made me think of that movie from the eighties called "Mannequin" Have you seen it? It's about a mannequin that comes alive. Stupid but funny movie.
Anyway, Rayna, your ability to take touching and wonderful photos amazes me.
I think the Saris (is that what they're called) are so beautiful. I'd love to put one on someday.

@ Clarissa - I think I saw a part of that movie. A little silly, but nice. And these days, you get pre-pleated sarees that you and get into without help- maybe you could look out for one of those. I love sarees - they make me feel so feminine.
@ Jemi - thank you. And strangely, I never noticed the red. But I am not surprised. Red is regarding as an auspicious colour by Hindus- brides get married in red or shades of red.
@ Yvonne - strangely, I never thought of this as different kinds of clothes. Maybe I should take take photographs of shop windows for you.
Sometimes I write haiku to go with my nature photos, but I've seen your drabbles and would love to see you do more of them with your street photos. You're so good at it.
@ Tricia - haiku and nature photos seem made for each other. I look forward to reading them. And I am going to keep writing drabbles to my street photographs- that is so addictive.

Beautiful photos. The woman with all her cares is the most beautiful, though. So much life in her expression... :)
